1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using IntentBase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

IntentBase monitors publicly available Reddit posts and matches them to keywords derived from your product pages. We surface opportunities — we do not post, comment, or interact with Reddit on your behalf. How you engage with surfaced posts is your responsibility.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use IntentBase in compliance with Reddit's terms of service and content policies. You will not use the service to spam, harass, or deceive Reddit users. Accounts found violating this policy may be terminated without refund.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per organization. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

5. Billing & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your product URLs and content. We retain ownership of the IntentBase platform, algorithms, and scoring systems. Keywords and opportunity data generated by the service are provided for your use but may not be resold.

7. Limitation of Liability

IntentBase is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific results, traffic increases, or sales outcomes. We are not liable for actions taken on Reddit based on our recommendations, or for any indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
